Application Notes: Flow cytometry: 1:10 - 1:100, Use 10 μL of the suggested working dilution to label 10^6 cells in 100 μL. Immunohistochemistry: frozen sections 1:100 - 1:1000. Immunohistochemistry on paraffin sections: 1:100, This product requires antigen retrieval using heat treatment prior to staining of paraffin sections. Western Blot.
Other applications not tested.
Optimal dilutions are dependent on conditions and should be determined by the user.
